Who We Serve

For athletes

Sport shapes how athletes understand endurance, vulnerability, failure, and self-worth. Over time, performance can become closely tied to identity, so injury, loss, a difficult season, or the end of a career may affect far more than sport itself.

Sometimes the problem is specific to performance: confidence, focus, preparation, or execution. At other times, anxiety, shutdown after failure, or persistent exhaustion points to something deeper. The work is knowing the difference—and Attune’s clinicians and coaches are trained to recognize it.

For high-performing adults

Discipline, ambition, and intensity build careers, companies, and reputations. They are also excellent at concealing their costs. Many high-performing adults arrive at Attune functioning impressively and feeling something else entirely: stretched thin, hard to satisfy, or unable to rest.

We work with executives, founders, physicians, attorneys, and others whose work demands sustained performance under pressure. The work often begins with what looks like a performance question and deepens into questions of identity, meaning, and what a sustainable life actually requires.

For adolescents & families

Adolescence asks a great deal: to form a sense of self while living under pressures that leave little room for uncertainty, experimentation, or change.

We work with adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, perfectionism, athletic pressure, and the expectations of high-achieving families, especially when those expectations make it difficult to know who they are beyond performance.

Families are often part of the work, not to manage the adolescent, but to understand what has been asked of them and to create more room for who they are becoming.
